Approving policies in New UI

Hi - I am the system site administrator for HFHS. Currently when i am on the Home page and have a list of policies to approve Iclick on the policy and does not matter what site I am on I can approve the policy. In the New UI when Iclick on the policy and I am not on the right site it gives me an error. When I go back to the home page no where on the home page does it state which applicability nor area as it does in the current UI so I do not know which site to have to go to approve the policy makes it very difficult for me to approve policies quickly. Will this be fixed prior to the legacy UI going away.

I can confirm what @ Carol McQuery has stated as I am finding the same thing in the new UI for my sites. If the site I am currently on is not included in the document’s applicability then I cannot open/view the document from that site. I can find each document’s applicability by clicking the “#” (number of current policies) at the end of the My Policies to Approve title to get to the full table of Policies Pending Approval. But then I must Change Location to go to another site (included in the doc’s applicability) in order to open/view and approve it. Doing this is adding more mouse clicks than the current setup.

Hi @Carol McQuery @Karen Gibbons Thank you for the feedback. That issue you are seeing not being able to approve from any site is being worked on today. Thenext UI update will occur this Friday, and we’re prioritizing this issue for that update. The home tab not displayingapplicablity was originally adesign decision to give the home tab a cleaner look and feel. However, based on feedback we’ve received, there are plansto add the applicability and area columns to the new UI home tab reports prior to the legacy UI being retired. (The applicability group is viewable from the pending policies report if you drill down into it.)
